Soups On!

Vegan/Vegetarian Soup -Chicken style broth [No chicken in it (should say parve)] - Chopped onion and garlic - Freshly chopped cilantro or parsley or dill depending on ur taste. - diced potatos - Finely chopped 1/2 carrot, stalk of celery, 3 spinach and/or bokchoy leaves, red or orange peppers and parsley or cilantro. - Thin japanese or chinese noodles (any noodle u like is fine really) - Hungarian sweet paprika (For color and flavor) Boil water, two table spoons of broth and the potatoes together until potatoes are cooked. added salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Through in your noodles which will cook in a minutes if there thin with the stove off. Add in all fresh chopped ingredients and enjoy a healthy crunchy delicious soup!

Vegan Meatless Pasta Dish

Vegan Pasta with meat sauce: - Smart Start ground [meatless ground beef] or Morning Star meatless crumbs. - Pasta of choice. - 1 cup of onion and 1 cup Garlic chopped - Salt and pepper to taste. - Bunch or fresh Basil [can substitute with cilantro, its just as delicious] - Dried Oregano, Basil and Marjoram - Sweet Paprika Heat a little oil in a saucepan and throw in the onion, garlic, fresh Basil and dried seasonings. Stir in the meatless soy product and allow to simmer for 25-30 mins and add your favorite pasta sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Boil the pasta of your choice, strain it and enjoy.

Hot Pepper Chutney (Mother-In-Law)

MOTHER -IN- LAW HOT SAUCE This receipe is for a hot sauce that is meant to be eat in a day or two. It originates from trinidad and is used for celebrations and events. Its called mother-in-law because her words are sharp and mouth hot! Ingredients: Hot Peppers, Carrots, Bitter Melon, Onions, vinegar, Seasoning (Recao) and Salt. Chop all ingredients in a chopper add a pinch of vinegar and serve.

Hottest Pepper Sauce

Hottest Pepper Sauce Yellow Habenero, Pimento, or Scotch Bonnet peppers (wash/dry). Place peppers and vinegar in blender or chopper. Place in a bottle or container and serve! * Note: if you are making a small quantity and eating it right away substitute vinegar for lemon juice (its hotter and more delicious)!
Hot Roasted Pepper Sauce Ingredients: Peppers, Seasoning (Cilantro or Recao), Salt, Garlic, lemon juice, oil, and vinegar. Preparation: 1) Buy your favorite peppers and choice of fresh seasoning (wash & dry them). 2) Roast peppers and garlic.(optional) 3) Put roasted garlic, pepper and seasonings in a chopper or grinder. 4) Mix in oil of your choice a teaspoon on lemon/lime juice and vinegar to the consistency you like. Enjoy!
